OLLY goes into his fourth season with the Buildbase Bees and his second as a full asset after his switch from Swindon in a swap deal which took Morten Risager in the opposite direction.
His previous service at Blunsdon, and to the Bees, entitles him to a Testimonial meeting, which is set to be staged at Brandon on August 23.
Straight after joining the club, Olly impressed at Brandon in particular, which had a hugely positive effect on the Bees' home record - but his away scoring has also become more consistent, with the result that his starting average of 3.46 in 2006 has steadily risen to 6.57 for 2009.
Olly also achieved an ambition in 2007 with his call-up for Great Britain in the World Cup, and he was given a couple of outings in the Final. He also secured a top-six finish in the British Final which took him into the World Championship qualifying rounds.
Injury cost him the chance of another crack at the national title in 2008, but he was again in the World Cup line-up and was deservedly voted Coventry's Rider of the Year after a consistent season of scoring.
2009 gives him the opportunity to push his average over the seven-point mark for the first time, and he will be looking to push for heat-leader status.
